Maddi Vestrum (They/Them)

Mixed media fiber artist Stab.it.Pretty. I am a non-binary queer and disabled person busy stabbing things till they are pretty. I am a fourth generation settler fortunate to be able to create and live on the unceded stolen territory of the Coast Salish People (Vancouver). What started as a way to fill my time after getting diagnosed with a chronic illness has flourished into a fulfilling career. Born and raised in a strict Christian home my queerness was forbidden but art was my refuge. I discovered a safe place to be myself and express my colorful ideas in the arts community. I love anything rainbow and you will find my art work bursting with bright colors. I refuse to hide who I am anymore and I love showing off my queer inspired designs. Every design is stitched with love and good intentions.

Looking for the perfect one of a kind gift for any occasion (birthdays, holidays, home warming and more)? Or find something unique to add to your own art collection with any of my one of kind creations and custom portrait.  Let me help bring to life a custom portrait of your pets or family! You have an idea let's make it happen.
